I’ve been out of school for a while, what are my chances of success?

We’ve had students that have been out of the education system for 40+ years take and pass our course the first time through.  The best indicator of success is the amount of time and effort you are willing to put in.  Real estate is not for everyone but we are confident that our course will prepare you and give you the best chance possible to pass the exam.

How much does the state exam cost?

The state exam costs $46 to take.

How is your school different from others?

The biggest differences are our instructors and the focus on preparing you for the exams and your career after the tests are over.  The priority is passing the tests but we know there is more to prepare for than an exam.  If you are planning to use your broker license for a business we want to help you prepare for your career not just a test.
