Description: This is the 75 Hour Interactive classroom experience that meets the requirement for real estate broker, pre-license education. It consists of the 60-Hour Broker Pre-License Topics and the 15-Hour Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles curriculum. After completing this course you are ready and able to sit for the real estate broker licensing exam.
This course, through case studies and demonstration examples of topics covered in the 75-hour Broker Pre-license Topics course, will provide the student the practical application skills needed to be successful in their career. Topics include: Brokerage Firm Issues, Agency, Contracts, Real Property Concepts, Antitrust, Fair Housing, Working with Buyers and Sellers, Earnest Money, negotiation and a math review.
