Keller Williams Realty – Champaign Branch – Real Estate Licensing Classes

Are you ready to begin your new career?

Broker Pre-License Education

Real Estate Brokers are Business Owners.

They have the freedom to set their own goals for owning and running a successful business.  Our mission is to prepare you for an amazing career in real estate!

To take the state exam you must complete the required 75 hours of Pre-License education and then pass the state licensing exam.  The 75 hours consists of 60 hours of coursework and 15 hours of interactive instruction.  Below you will find three basic ways to accomplish this.

Option 1:

75 Hour Classroom Experience

Attend our in person sessions for the best interactive experience and focus on the most important topics. With specific tips regarding key test questions, stories of relate-able, real life situations and interaction with other students, you may find this to be the best learning atmosphere. Instructors will be able to answer your specific questions and guide you through the best study practices for passing the State of Illinois Real Estate Broker License Exam.

Attendance in all sessions is mandatory, and no state required exams are necessary to pass the Classroom Experience.

Option 2:

60 Hours Home Study and 15 Hours In-Person

  1. Take the first 60 hour course at home on your own  – 75 Hour Home Study Pre-License Topics class
  2. Take our 15 hour Interactive Course in person (you would be joining at the end of a full 75 Hour Class for 4 sessions)

After completing the 60-hour home-study option from IR and the 15-hour live course (and passing the exams) you will have successfully met all of the state requirements and can sit for the State of Illinois Real Estate Broker License exam.

Option 3:

All Online/Home Study

  1. Register for both courses online or via home study with the text book. Testing is required to pass. The Final 15 Hour portion would be by Webinar and subject to the schedule of the presenter.

We feel strongly that you will have the highest chance of success with option 1 or 2.   We can provide input and feedback along the way to help you prepare, focus the time you spend on the material that matters the most and answer any questions you come up with.  You’ll also benefit from the student and classmate interaction that happens in a classroom setting.

Have you already completed the 60 hour course in another format?  You will only need to sign up for the 15 hour class (option 2).
